What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry through the form, we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message, so that we can reply. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we use what you send for the same purpose.
Legal basis: your request to us (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who handles your data
Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email inbox. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and email by Google. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any service that follows, and for any period the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies by default. If you choose Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and contact options are used. It sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) that last up to two years. If you choose Reject, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
